We like to think of the coulotte as a smaller version of the New York strip steak. It has wonderful marbling – with tenderness you can taste in every bite. With the coulotte, we keep it simple: salt and pepper both sides and throw it on the grill at 425 degrees. Let the steak do the talking. Packages contain one 6 oz. coulotte steak.
