Welcome to HeartBrand Beef's shipping information. Below you will find detailed information regarding HeartBrand Beef shipping policies.
We ship exclusively with UPS due to their outstanding service and unsurpassed reliability. Packages will arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of shipment. We ship Monday thru Wednesday unless it is a scheduled UPS holiday.

Important: All shipments require a physical street address (unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes). * HeartBrand® Beef is not responsible for damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please be sure to double-check all addresses.
HeartBrand Beef Shipping Times
Orders placed before midnight will be shipped the next available shipping day. We ship Monday – Wednesday.
Orders received on Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. Orders on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday before 10:00 AM CST will ship same day. Orders after 10:00 AM CST will ship the following day.

Shipping Rate Information
Our steaks are individually vacuum-packed and flash frozen at the peak of aged tenderness then packed in a reusable insulated container containing ice packs. Your products may arrive completely frozen or thawed and cool to the touch. If you are wanting to cook your products for a particular date, we suggest having your package arrive a few days in advance to allow the products to properly thaw in the refrigerator. All packages, except gift certificates, are delivered within 1-3 days from the time of shipping.
For orders $300+ in the U.S., free shipping will automatically apply. For orders $200+ to Texas residents when the shipping address is located in Texas, free shipping will automatically apply. For all other orders $100+, the shipping cost will be $35 within Texas or $45 for all orders within the continental United States. For all other orders under $100, a $25 shipping fee will apply. HeartBrand Beef ships to all physical addresses in the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders are shipped with ‘No Signature Required’.
Our Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we can not accept returns.

The following reasons are covered under our policy:
- Damaged items (unrelated to carrier)
- Missing items
Please contact us with any issues with your order. Resolutions to reported issues may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next order or a partial/full refund.
