- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons HeartBrand Seasoning (or a blend of salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
- 6–8 high-quality sandwich rolls (such as ciabatta or brioche)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli or horseradish cream
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- Optional: Provolone or Swiss cheese slices
Preparation
- Season and Prep: Remove the HeartBrand Tri-Tip from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Rub with olive oil and season generously on all sides.
