- 2 HeartBrand® Certified Akaushi Beef® Tomahawk Steaks (40–44 oz. each)
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs thyme
- Optional: finishing salt or compound butter for serving

Preparation
- Remove tomahawks from the refrigerator about 45 minutes before cooking. Pat dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet to high heat. Brush steaks lightly with olive oil and sear for 3–4 minutes per side, creating a rich, caramelized crust.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan or grill surface to infuse flavor.
- Move steaks to indirect heat or lower oven (around 375°F) and cook until internal temperature reaches 125°F for medium-rare or 135°F for medium. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
