"(Review for) our remodeler knows we love our pellet and charcoal grills, so she gifted us a sampling of your products. We rubbed this sirloin lightly with yellow mustard then generously applied your seasoning before cooking at 250°F for 72 minutes on our GMG Ledge pellet grill until reaching 132°F steak. Finally we flame seared on a low grate in our Big Green Egg for 45 seconds per side. Clearly we enjoy medium rare cooks. The smoky and seasoned flavor was excellent, and the generous marble content made this slowly cooked steak very tender."
