OH BOY WHAT AN AMAZING
"OH BOY WHAT AN AMAZING DINNER. I cooked two steaks in a cast iron pan with ridges. NO SALT UP FRONT. Used a thermometer and cooked to 110, rotating the steaks 5 0r 6 times. Of course I cut small pieces along the way while cooking, as it was the first time. Don't want to overcook the first time as I like it red inside. When I reached my temp I took of f heat and let them sit for 8-10 minutes. On plate tasted and added a small amount of salt. Blew my mind. I have been cooking meat for over 60 years, so I intend on doing a dinner and invite my friends. Will serve with a 100 point French wine and other goodies that create a dining experience. Everything they say about this meat is all true, the best you've ever had. Thanks for raising such delicious cattle."
