Can you guarantee that your product is safe?

The product will be shipped frozen in an insulated cooler with dry ice. When the product arrives, it will be individually sealed and frozen or cool to the touch. You may refrigerate if it will be consumed in 3-4 days or safely re-freeze the product.

What is your shipping policy?

If your order is placed by 5:00 P.M. Central Time, your order will be shipped via second day shipping on our next shipping day. Our shipping days are Monday - Wednesday. For example, orders placed by 5:00 P.M. Central Time on Sunday will be shipped on Monday and will arrive on Wednesday. Orders can not be placed to arrive on Saturday-Tuesday. Please call for prices on overnight service. All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will require an additional $15 charge for shipping. All orders will be shipped frozen in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice and the product should be frozen or cool to the touch upon arrival. Please check the shipping address before placing the order, we can not guarantee delivery to an incorrect shipping address.

Why can I only get some items delivered on a certain day?

What is the cost of shipping?

For orders of $100 or less the cost of shipping is $15. For orders over $100, the cost of shipping is 15% of the total order.

You will be asked at the time of the order if the product will be shipped to yourself or to another address. The website makes it easy to place one order to be delivered to multiple addresses.
